Old Rations are consumable items found in the later stages of Phoenotopia. They are well-preserved metal boxes of food from ancient times. Several of them are found in the areas of the Forbidden Lands. The description on the item states that its expiration date is AA 3256.

The item is found towards the end on the eastern side in the same screen with a large cliff drop and tall trees that reach into the area above. To the right in this area is a tunnel locked behind a door which requires a key. The tunnel has two Arcs patrolling it. At the end are rocks that can be destroyed to reveal another tunnel underneath with many chests, one of which contains an Old Ration.
