Not to be confused with Fran's assistant of the same name.
Stan is a minor character and a resident of Panselo. At the beginning of Phoenotopia, he talks about the recent shooting stars and tells Gale that one landed in Duri Forest just a few hours ago. He makes a wish on the stars for the harvest to go well, to which Gale tells him he should wish for something more exciting. Later, he is abducted along with most of the other villagers.
